As I was burning midnight oil on my final assignment/personal essay for S353, I finally could not help but laying out my entire career transitions, in the past, present, and future, on a diagram - something I've been thinking about doing for a long time but never got the chance to complete.
In my last post on this subject, I compared some similarities and differences between S353 (Entrepreneurship: Formation of New Business) and G566 (Real-Life Ethics), two of my favorite GSB courses.
On February 8, 2013, I emceed Sloan's Chinese New Year Party, which made history by becoming the most attended self-organized Sloan event with roughly 180 people (120 adults + 60 kids), in true Chinese fashion.
One of the benefits of sitting right next to my Sloan-mate Nicki Carter, who is co-leading an admirable and spirited effort of publishing Yearbook of Sloan Class of 2013, is that I can rest assured to receive regular reminder about my yearbook message status for no less than ... four times a week.
Before we know, 8 months have flown by and now we're 4 months away from graduation. All good things will come to an end, and our wonderful journey at Sloan Fellow Program in Stanford GSB is of no exception.

At this historical moment, as we are turning the page for a new chapter for the Stanford Sloan Fellow program, it's important to remind ourselves where we stand in the universe. For people in similar career stage as me, this is the best program in the world, bar none.
In the first week of the third quarter of my 12-month Sloan academic year, I find myself spending at least 2-3 hours every day this week in a perpetual (often futile ) attempt to optimize my courses for this quarter. The exhaustive and reiterative process has been very tiring, but much needed.
